We urge Governor Joe Manchin to reconsider the $1 million funding (not loaning) of the proposed 1/2 mile banked, dirt track oval, 1/4 mile drag strip, and AMA sanctioned hill climb facility at Twin Branch in Mingo County. This will clearly bring economic prosperity, exciting entertainment, and efficient use of reclaimed land for our youth. All will benefit by this project.
